Security of personal data

WOO adheres to best practices in the field of security and protection of information and personal data, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. Among the various technical and organizational measures we have implemented, the following are noteworthy:

Logical security measures, such as the use of firewalls and intrusion detection systems, an information access policy, and operation logging.

Physical security measures, including strict access control to physical facilities by employees, partners, and visitors, as well as highly restricted and continuously monitored access to essential technological infrastructure.

Other measures such as masking, encryption, pseudonymization, and anonymization of personal data, as well as a set of measures aimed at implementing the principle of privacy by design and by default. Whenever WOO uses subcontractors or third parties, we are responsible, in compliance with applicable law, for the personal data that needs to be transmitted and ensure that (i) the sharing of information and personal data complies with the current legal standards, (ii) the transmission is carried out securely, and (iii) subcontractors or third parties are contractually obligated to observe the duties of confidentiality and secrecy and ensure the security of the personal data communicated to them, without using such data for any other purposes, for their own benefit or for the benefit of third parties, or correlating them with other data available to them.

At WOO, information transparency is crucial. We communicate the purposes for which we process customers' personal data clearly and ensure that our privacy commitment is reflected in our actions.
